After military discharge, Jay re-qualified in change management and Blue Ocean Strategy before entering the corporate world. Within four years, he left to become a serial entrepreneur — building, scaling, and exiting two businesses successfully.
Today, Jay holds an MSc in International Business Ethics and a Fellowship with the Association of Professional Coaching. He is the host of The Accidental Business Owner Podcast and author of the award-winning #ADDAZERO trilogy.
