This policy explains how Clients may cancel scheduled sessions or Programmes and the consequences of late cancellations or non‑attendance.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all Clients purchasing Services from My TrueNORTH Ltd, including The Freedom Technique, Pillars of Progress, A Taste of Freedom, Legacy, and Retainer services.

3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Minimum Notice

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ written notice to Co******@*********th.biz.

3.2 Cancellations With Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

If the Client:

  • cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, or
  • does not attend a scheduled session (a “no‑show”),
    then:

The session is forfeited in full, with no refund and no rescheduling.

3.3 Exceptions

MTN may waive forfeiture where evidence is provided of:

  • verified illness (medical evidence required), or
  • circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., accident, emergency, unavoidable travel disruption).

Each case is assessed reasonably and at MTN’s discretion.

3.4 Programme Duration

Forfeited sessions are deemed delivered and do not extend the Programme’s overall duration.

3.5 MTN‑Initiated Changes

If MTN must reschedule due to illness or emergency, the session is not forfeited. MTN will offer the next available alternative.

4. Programme Cancellations

4.1 Minimum Terms

Programmes (Pillars of Progress, A Taste of Freedom, Legacy) have fixed minimum terms and cannot be cancelled for convenience during that term.

4.2 Instalment Plans

Instalments are a payment convenience only.
Cancelling a Programme does not waive outstanding instalments.

All remaining fees become immediately due if the Client stops participation or defaults on a payment.

4.3 The Freedom Technique

The Freedom Technique fee is non‑refundable once booked.

4.4 Deposits

Programme deposits (including the £500 upgrade credit) are non‑refundable once applied.
