Nobody wants a coach!
Which is great, unless you’re a coach! However what business owners DO WANT is results!
Be that more disposable income generated through more products, more customers, more sales and more profits, or if that’s more automation to create more time freedom for you, OR BOTH! EVERYBODY wants more.
MOST business owners are wrong about EVERYTHING!
I can justify and quantify that easily with a myriad of statistics to support such a bold statement, you see 80% of business owners in every sector and every environment are getting business WRONG!
1% of Businesses in every sector and every industry are doing Exceptionally well
and a further 4% are well on the way t the ‘1% club’
with a further 15% of Businesses are making marginal growth year on year.
But 60% of Businesses are ‘Getting by’ or ‘Struggling’
And 20% of Businesses in your sector, your industry are failing!
You see regardless of qualifications, background or experience, the simple fact is whilst we might have been ‘in this game for a while’ and we have learnt how to ‘play the game’ of business, the majority of business owners (approx. 95%) were never taught how to WIN!
The concept of a Mastermind is by no means new. Napoleon Hill first wrote about the power of collective thought over 90 years ago, and his more recently published international best-seller ‘Think and Grow Rich’ teaches us far more about the immense power of accumulative thought.
The concept of a coach with almost any discipline in sport is not new to us either, from Boxing to Badminton and Football to Fencing it is an accepted fact that if you aspire to become the very best you can be, then you need to recruit the support, guidance and accountability of a proven coach within that discipline.
Yet the concept of Business Coaching has taken a while to be accepted as the way to achieve far more than you would have done individually. Yet for those who engage in Business coaching anything becomes possible, But don’t just take my words for it, you only have to watch this 1.25min video of Eric Schmidt (Google) and Bill Gates (Microsoft) discussing the need for EVERYONE to have a coach!
