This is your next mission: To turn operational chaos into strategic clarity.
Battleplan – Big Picture Thinking
Every great mission starts with a clear map.
In this session, we zoom out from the day-to-day and reconnect with your long-term vision.

Contact, Wait Out – Change Management Under Pressure
Disruption is inevitable — but chaos is optional.
In this session, we explore how to lead through uncertainty, manage change effectively, and build resilience into your operations.
Drawing from military principles and modern business psychology, you’ll learn how to stay calm under fire and guide your team through transformation.
QM Stores – People, Systems & Process
QM Stores is about building a business that works for people — not just through them.
This session explores how to design systems and processes that support performance, wellbeing, and growth, without losing the human touch.
From onboarding to operations, culture to communication, we’ll challenge the traditional mindset and instead focus on creating a people-centric organisation where structure serves the team, not stifles it.
It’s about building a business that’s scalable, sustainable, and deeply human.
Battalion Strength – Collaboration, M&A & Joint Ventures
No business scales alone. Battalion Strength focuses on the power of strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
You’ll learn how to identify aligned collaborators, structure win-win relationships, and unlock exponential growth through shared missions.
It’s about building a battalion — not just a business.
Promotions Board – Metrics, Measurement & Performance Review
What gets measured gets managed — and what gets reviewed gets improved.
Promotions Board is where we step back and assess progress across all five MSOFT pillars.
You’ll learn how to track meaningful metrics, evaluate team and business performance, and make data-informed decisions that drive growth.
This is about accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement — ensuring your business is not just growing, but evolving.

Why THIS Mastermind is SO Unique
Why MOST “Mastermind” groups, simply AREN’T
There, I’ve said it.
I’ve been in People Development for over 35 years, in Business Development for over 20 years, and (having travelled the world as a keynote speaker, been invited to speak/co-host countless “Mastermind” groups.
I’ve met some of the most amazing, devoted, dedicated, loving people, and witnessed some of the most incredible stories of ‘rags to riches’ you could possibly imagine.
But the majority of spaces I’ve experienced are not a mastermind.
The concept of the business mastermind traces back to the early 20th century, when steel magnate Andrew Carnegie credited much of his success to surrounding himself with a trusted group of advisors. Inspired by this, Napoleon Hill—author of Think and Grow Rich—coined the term “mastermind” after interviewing Carnegie and hundreds of other successful individuals. Hill described it as the “coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony between two or more people,” forming a collective intelligence greater than the sum of its parts”.
A Typical Mastermind
Whilst I’ve watched and read many a testimonial of a business owner stating that “by joining X I learnt how to Y” or “If it wasn’t for A, I would never have learnt how to B” which may well be true.
But what I’ve witnessed time and time again, ‘paraded’ as a mastermind, is more masterclass.
A group of people who have invested in coming together to learn how the host of the group overcame the problems and challenges they are currently facing.
Don’t get me wrong, the host is clearly very successful in their own business and has a team of people working for them, and will have experienced many of the problems and challenges all business owners face as they grow and scale.
But, this is not a raising of consciousness sufficient that no one person could have conjured the resolution that is being offered; it had to have evolved from the contribution of the collective, which joined together to form a Mastermind.
How Battlefield2Boardroom Differs
Whilst the first part of each session is themed in order to ensure we review and revise every element of our business. The majority of time spend at each is in working together to overcome some of the biggest hurdles and challenges we all face (both personally and profesionally) as our businesses grow and scale.
I may host each of these events, create the environment, and ‘Chatham House Rules’ to which we all agree as we enter. I may pose questions, invite engagement, challenge ‘group think’ and, (where applicable), reference the accredited #ADDAZERO Methodology – but I stop short of being the answer, that comes from within.
