A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Mastermind group facilitators help the group to dive deeply into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it.
The facilitator often has wide-reaching knowledge and experience and is able to motivate, inspire, inform and hold to account each Mastermind member. It is NOT for the facilitator to KNOW everything, but it is for them to facilitate an environment of learning, sufficient that ALL benefit from each event.
Beyond this, we always set a series of commitments as to what we are going to do as a result of each meeting to which we can then be held accountable. The added benefit within our Explorer Mastermind, is that:
- The investment made is ALL INCLUSIVE and covers all hotel, catering, and coaching / mentoring fee’s
