The intention of a Mastermind Group is that peers can help each other solve problems and develop themselves together through input and advice from each other and the Mastermind Chair. The core value of a Mastermind Group is the synergy of energy, motivation, and commitment as well as the willingness to learn and grow together and the commitments you make, to which your colleagues subsequently hold you to account.
I’ve been involved within Mastermind for almost 2 decades now, and can clearly see the correlation between my involvement with mastermind and the scale within my own businesses. And, whilst it’s not for everyone, for those it is, it is the biggest catalyst and accelerator for both them and their businesses BAR NONE!
