A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from both the Mastermind facilitator and the other group members.
The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book ‘The Law of Success’, and described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich. Mastermind was also discussed widely by Einstein and developed further by Carnegie. And since then, they spread across the elite ‘super’ businesses, across the world.
These days, Mastermind has become a lot more common, as more and more business leaders recognise the benefit of collaboration of ideas and benefiting from the mass amount of knowledge and support from within.
And whilst Mastermind is not for everyone, for those who experience it and fully embrace it, it is often the turning point in the acceleration of both them and their businesses.
We offer 2 levels of Mastermind: SASPathfinder and Explorer Mastermind, you can learn more simply by clicking on each.
